Event Policy

Bella Sera Farm and Nomadic Fiori offer a variety of floral experiences, including workshops (both on and off the farm), Bouquet Bar appointments, weddings, and event installations. The following policies apply to all event-related bookings.

Booking & Payment

All event bookings, including workshops and Bouquet Bar experiences, must be reserved in advance. Payment or deposits may be required to secure your date or appointment.

Cancellations & Changes

Event bookings are generally non-refundable due to the preparation and materials required. If you are unable to attend a scheduled workshop or appointment, you may transfer your reservation to another guest with advance notice.

For weddings and larger events, cancellation terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement.

Seasonal Flowers & Substitutions

Our designs feature seasonal flowers and botanicals, many of which are grown at Bella Sera Farm. Availability may vary depending on weather and harvest conditions. We reserve the right to substitute flowers or materials while maintaining the overall style and value of the design.

Timing & Setup

For weddings, installations, and Bouquet Bar experiences, timing and setup details will be coordinated in advance. Late arrivals to scheduled appointments may shorten the experience depending on availability.

Event Changes

In rare circumstances, Bella Sera Farm/Nomadic Fiori may need to reschedule or adjust an event due to weather, crop availability, or unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, we will work with clients to provide an alternate date or an appropriate solution.

Bella Sera Farm Experiences

Some flowers, foliage and botanical materials may cause sensitivities or allergies.  Guests participating in workshops or experiences are responsible for notifying us of any known allergies.

Workshops and Bouquet Bar experience are designed for adult participants unless otherwise stated.  Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Some experiences may take place outdoors.  In the event of severe weather, we may move the event indoors, adjust the format or reschedule if necessary.

Bella Sera Farm is a working farm.  Paths may be uneven, and seasonal conditions may vary.  Please contact us in advance if you have accessibility needs, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Photography

Workshops and events may occasionally be photographed for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in photographs, please let a member of our team know.
